  • After creating an account, why am I encountering the error message “You are not authorized to see this page”?

    You will need to be enrolled in the course to view the course page. The enrollment process typically takes up to 3 working days. You will receive a course welcome email once you’ve been enrolled in the course.

  • I have signed up for a NEST account previously, but I'm having trouble logging in now.

    It appears that your account has expired. You may create a new account to access NEST.

  • Can I modify my email or password if I have registered for an account?

    Yes, you can edit your details under "My Account" once you have logged in. If you can't recall your password, click on "Forgot Password?" on the sign-up page and follow the instructions sent to you via email.

  • Where can I find the upcoming Continuing Medical Education (CME) and latest updates on events?

    Access the upcoming CME and events by clicking on the "Events" option in the page header.

  • Can I republish these materials if I find them helpful?
