This foundational workshop is aligned with the Clinic Assistant Training Competency Framework. It aims to equip Clinic Assistants with essential knowledge and skills in clinical care and clinic operations, in support of Healthier SG. Through this training, Clinic Assistants will be empowered to contribute meaningfully to the patient experience and operational excellence in primary care.

Course Fee & Funding
- $180 per session & $300 for all 2 sessions*
*Eligible participants may claim 80% of the fee through the AIC Professional Development Fund via their respective PCN HQ.
*CAs serving notice of resignation are not eligible for this training subsidy. 
*The subsidy is applicable only to CAs who are currently employed in HSG GP Clinic

- Full Completion Requirement: Certificate will be awarded only upon completion of all 3 sessions. Participants who miss one or more sessions may fulfil the completion requirement by attending the same number of sessions in the next run of the series. *Session topics may differ between runs as content is updated to reflect emerging evidence and evolving clinical priorities.
